We accept returns ONLY in case of damage in transit, defects, and incorrect product. Please note that all our products are traditionally handcrafted by our artisans and hence have slight variations.

We do not offer refunds on orders once placed. We process returns & exchanges only in case of products damaged in transit, manufacturing defects, and incorrect order shipment. Please note that all our products are traditionally handcrafted by our artisans and hence have slight variations.
Refund Policy
1. We do not provide refunds in case of an incorrect delivery address.
2. We do not provide refunds for products returned in a used or damaged condition.
3. We do not provide refunds for slight variations in color and design. Please note that all our products are traditionally handcrafted and may have slight variations.
Return/Exchange Procedure
1. Please submit your request along with a picture of the damaged product within 48 hours of receipt of the order. To do this, please drop an email to info@dioraindia.com with the following details: the order number (in the subject line), images of the product, the image/s of the packaging box, and the specific reason for replacing the product.
2. Our team will review the request. Please note that approval or rejection of such requests is at the discretion of the DIORA team.
3. Once we have received your request and our team has authorized the return of the damaged/incorrect product, we will arrange for a collection of the product. Once we receive the product(s), we will then inspect and check the product. The product must be unused and untampered to be eligible for exchange.
4. Once we receive the damaged/incorrect product, we shall dispatch the fresh product. We are not liable for any return that is not requested within 48 hours of delivery.
